A muddled day; completely missed one call (went back later tho) and another I got the time wrong; thankfully they contacted me later and were all apologetic - a sudden emergency had cropped up and they'd had to leave in a hurry; terribly sorry. 

I magnanimously told them it was nothing and quietly rescheduled for next week whilst sighing relief.
