It is true what they say about people like me that we never learn, well time for me to agree.

Tubes of consequences for cycling in the cold and wet without appropriate clothing etc etc etc. Add that to the various pills and potions that I already pop everyday just to stand upright (so they tell me) and Boots makes a very good profit.

But perseverance and together with listening to the right people and taking the right advice will prevail.
