White and Yellow

Our Ramblers walk on Tuesday was a 'there and back' walk in Carron Glen.

We met and started our walk at Herbertshire Castle Park, also known as Gala Park, in Denny (pictured) and walked under the motorway and along, with a few ups and downs along the way, the River Carron footpath where the bluebells were much in evidence.

After about an hour (our Tuesday walks are relatively short affairs) we had our break by the river (see extra) and then retraced our steps, with a few differences of route, back to Denny.

How good it was to get out walking in the sun and not be encumbered by multiple layers or waterproofs!
