Smoking!!!!!

This is the back of the smoke house, it overlooks the harbour, someone was very busy tonight!!

Arbroath smokies are famous. It is a haddock that is caught in the north sea, gutted, hung up to dry in pairs then smoked.
Personally I think there are too many bones, I actually prefer the hot smoked salmon. Yum :)

Its the weekend and Daughter A & I are having a shopping trip to Edinburgh tomorrow, really looking forward to it.
