Not a Totem-Pole

This tree trunk is in our local park.  It's totally bare and really looks like it should be carved like a totem-pole.  It stood out by being so pale against all the greenery surrounding it.  Due to the sun, it can be seen more clearly in it's reflection in the water.  I like it.  Maybe I should tie some colourful ribbons around it like a May pole   :o)
