Peony on a White Background

I much prefer the black background. For one thing, having tried to adjust the white balance temperature to render the peony's colour more accurately has altered the background colour. It should be white.

Watered my bonsai which was theatening to die. It's something that Len doesn't bother with. Perhaps it's thinking out how to water the plant.

We went to Thornton Nurseries late this afternoon to choose plants for our patio containers. We chose the black petunias again but this time with a yellow streak in them.

Then a walk with Basil by the side of Thornton Reservoir to the boathouse where we enjoyed a hot chocolate. Sunny, but a chill in the breeze.
