Formed Up

Its such a nice time to have your lunch outside now with the sunshine.
Today's location was on the grassy knowl at The Scottish Parliment building, which on most occasions is a great place to capture some rays in peace.
However, on this day there was an almighty racket from the car park at Holyrood as a number of army personnell were forming up in readiness to march ~ 100m into the grounds of Holyrood. Along with these troops was a pipe band and a brass band. It was however quite nice to get so up close to them as during the Tattoo you cannot get anywhere as near them.
