Surprise

The day was full of surprises, one being this helicopter landing in front of the house, the dark bit is part of our roof (I had no idea what was going on - at one stage it looked like it was coming straight at us and a fairly close call with the electricity wires, plus one of the pilots looked about 12 - see extras).  The other big surprise were guests arriving that I wasn't expecting, had forgotten to put them in the diary!  Luckily all turned out well.
