Reflecting on the South Bank

A beautiful morning in London. I was trying to improve on my blip from tuesday 30th of sunrise over the city from waterloo bridge but the sun refused to come out from behind a cloud or light up the clouds so it wasn't looking too good. On the way back I went a different way past the festival hall and spotted this fantastic reflection.
