Flowering remains of Almshouses

I spent a fair amount of time in Exeter today and was stopped in my tracks by the sight of the flowering Clematis trailing over the remains of the Almshouses by St Catherine's Chapel.  I turned round to find a large group of tourist heading this way so quickly to a shot and then continued with my shopping.

As the Clematis is so extensive I have included it in FlowerFriday.
