Field of Gold
Anxious to get more practise with my new lens extender, I headed over to the National Trust's Grey Court in a hope of seeing the Red Kites. The gardens were glorious, in particular the 125 year old Wisteria was at its peak - and the smell was heavenly. There were kites floating on the thermals and I think I got at least one good shot. I may add extras of both later.
However, my chosen shot of the day, and a prime candidate for BikerBear's Flower Friday, was taken with the "nifty fifty" as I strolled across a field full of buttercups and dandelion seedheads.
