Getting in on wedding fever

Another gloriously sunny day, what a treat. And we did get to enjoy it as we were out and about.

First stop, we dropped off Eileen’s wedding dress at the church. The women are having a ‘wedding brunch’ and have brought their dresses in. A lovely display and what a neat idea. Eileen was supposed to join them all but I think will stay home with us and watch here.

We went to the Polhill garden centre at Shoreham. We really loved it and you can see how happy Martin was in the extra!

Came home and enjoyed some more time in the garden as the sun shone brightly and warmly.

We had some friends over for dinner and I made leg of lamb. Oh boy was the meat tender. Such a difference buying from a local butcher and fresh (unfrozen) meat. I think it made all the difference. A delightful evening indeed and wonderful day.
