Mixed nuts

Almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, pinenuts, pepitas and sunflower seeds, a hint of sesame and sea salt, glued together in butter caramel in crispy pastry shells. I’ve been dreaming about something like this for a while and so far the research is coming along fine.
