Sunday? Hot run and hot jobs.
Monday? Hot after-work football.
Today? Hot Fartlek run and tennis this evening.
A young lady at running asked me how I enjoyed the Silverstone 10k. I didn’t know anything about a Silverstone 10k. Turns out she mistook me for another runner. I told her that she was a racist and all us middle-aged, grey-haired Runners looked the same to her.
