Goatfell

Today we climbed Goatfell, Arran’s highest peak at 874m. Oh my it was a full 3 hour uphill trek but the views were spectacular - all the way to Ireland.

Another 2.5 hours to pick our way downhill through the rocks then found a pub in Brodick. You have never seen fish & chips and a huge glass of Sauvignon Blanc disappear so quickly.
