Spring, Weekend and Summer

After getting home this morning, I took a lovely walk at a local park. You always know when it's little bird season when the little island is closed so they can have safety and privacy... 

It's the weekend where there was very little parking, lots of bbq's, many families, adults playing games and the children were on their cell phones..

Summer time when the boardwalk gets closed off to prepare for swimming season, the diving board gets put back in place and the signs let people know that lifeguards will be around Memorial Day to Labor Day - the traditional summer season.. 

Seeing my dad on Sunday then back to Portland on Monday
