Early rise

This morning we had to be up and ready earlier than we would normally be on a Saturday.  J had an outing to Whitelee windfarm with the cubs.  They were going on a 3 mile walk.  Perhaps the cubs are doing their bit to combat overweight children,  although J did have a map and was able to show us the path they had followed; so perhaps it was an introduction to map reading skills.  He thoroughly enjoyed his outing and wants to repeat it with the family.   We have not to tell his sister how far the walk was as she will moan about going!
