Seafront

Continuing my parkrun Essex tour, today I headed to Clacton-on-Sea.

I got there early enough to enjoy a coffee and a sit on the sea wall.

The event itself is a couple of laps around an upper and lower sea front path. There is an uphill and downhill section but mostly it is flat.

I was cheered on by people enjoying the early morning from their beach huts and met a lovely five month old Skye terrier.

I enjoyed the event more than I expected I would. I then got stuck in lots of traffic as I headed home which was not so good.
