Giglet

So eldest had a public gig today, an open spot organised by CYP at Waverley Mall. She’s done school gigs before, and played with the orchestra, but this was just her and di’d guitar. She sang confidently and well, although typically she insisted that she’d messed up some words, and that a group of girls had been giggling at her. Nonsense of course.

Beforehand I’d bumped into Andy who I hadn’t seen in years; his younger daughter had been on before and I’d thought was pretty good. Realised I didn’t think I’d seen his wife in 20 years and that I had forgotten his kids names.
