Trout Lake

Up here for a weekend in our camp trailer.
We usually come at the end of the summer for huckleberry picking. Being here in the spring is new to us. Just finished a dinner at the “Station Cafe” - hamburgers and huckleberry pie. Tomorrow we will visit the local church, then go on a hike.
The creek in the photo is more full than at the end of summer, but even the Columbia River is near flood stage after all the snow melt.
