Lost in the Mail

I bought a new hat for the wedding, but my invitation got lost in the mail! I celebrated anyway with Sparkling wine and good food: Coronation Chicken Salad and a Chocolate Biscuit cake!  I had a little dance on my sunny balcony this morning in my floppy hat! Ah! That's a great start to the day!

I sent some of these pictures to my son and he asked me if I was doing a new "Chocolate Cake Diet"? Cheeky!!!

I hope your Whitsun Weekend will be very lovely!  I'm going across the lake, to the French side in Evian, this morning to see the Naval Parade. I'll be back tomorrow sometime!
