Tom drove. I didn't take any travel sick pills, instead I was violently sick all over the car - only joking, I wore 'sea bands' that work by applying gentle acupressure to the inside of the wrist. It may be all in the head, but who cares, it worked and it left me feeling quite perky all day.

We both forgot our walking boots, but it wasn't very far to the waterfall.

I found it really hard to take a decent photo due to the dark rocks in the shadows and the bright rocks in the sun - I think I need a bit of tuition.

We had lunch in Keswick and a short walk round the beautiful gardens.

Back home we longed the garden and I had my first glass of alcohol in weeks - happy days, the light at the end of the tunnel is approaching.
