A gentle start to Saturday; loafing largely, with occasional housework. Before the usual Spartans thing; a cool breeze accompanied my continued loafing on the sidelines; as they worked up a sweat, I worked on the tan.

Home for lunch; she arrived too and we had fish in a chick pea / kale / sweet potato stew (steak pies for the boys!) ; then out in the increasing warmth to the OT (she had to meet her lass for head shots at Out of the Blue; we chummed her as far the OT, then mooched about at the soon to be demolished DIY skate park. Scottish Cup (an exciting start; tailed off) and then the FA Cup (little excitment at all) and tacos served at half time; an hour on the Road to Nowhere  doing laps to try and tire them out.
