Parkrun

Managed to notch up my 50th Parkrun today on a lovely summers day. I took it gently as have a 10k race tomorrow.
There was a wedding somewhere in London today which generated much excitement in the female side of the clan , so Dad and I escaped to his golf club for soup and a drink.
