Hands that Teach

This photo is horribly out of focus but it is the heart of our day today. While Grandma is visiting the kids have all asked her to teach them to knit so she has been busy. I found one boy sitting out on a trailer this morning quietly knitting in the sun..Later I found 2 of my boys sitting on the porch knitting away like a couple of old ladies :0) They knitted all the way to town when we went to get groceries and the littlest one did a row here and there in between learning to drive the ride-on mower ... they had better learn fast though as I am useless at knitting so when Grandma leaves they will have to go pester the neighbour everytime they drop a stitch or need help casting off.
