oncoming

I did Race for life this morning and my youngest joined me. I did it in just under an hour with my manky foot and he finished 20 minutes before me lol. He's complaining now that his thighs ache though. 
This afternoon i went and spent some time in the sun watching the swallows. They are building a fence around the pond which hampers my photography but i will learn to work around it :)
