Clock watching

I was working today. 

The park was very busy and its very difficult trying to juggle the time when you only have a 2 hour visit and so much to cram into that time so we ended up frog marching back to the car before the ticket ran out, then spent 20 minutes trying to get out the car park!!!

Back home now and Mr W is also at work but no dinner tonight as its Day 7 of my 7 Day Juice Diet and I really do have to give myself a pat on the back as I have very nearly almost managed it! I did put a lb back on yesterday, I have no idea how but hoping the scales are kind to me in the morning. All week I have been craving Marinated king prawns wrapped in spinach.
