Dappled and drowsy and ready for sleep

Its been a lovely relaxing Sunday here.  There's been a bit of bread making and guitar playing on my part, and Cathy has been gardening.  We've largely lived outdoors today - what a lovely thing to be able to do in May.  

I'm about to start cooking tonight's dinner, but before doing so I have taken this opportunity of blipping the ostiospermum in the evening sunshine.  As you can see, only one of this little group is still in the sun proper, the others are now in the shade of the nearby tree.  They are clearly getting ready to close up for the night, sleepyheads that they are.
