George and Georgette.

We met this beautiful couple today on our bike ride. They have adopted a restaurant by the lakeside at Villeneuve and are becoming quite a famous pairing! Incidentally I am not good on 2 wheels so was quite glad to tootle along the cycle paths without falling off. In my time I have fallen off bicycles, small wheeled scooters, and crashed a motor bike (I wasn't on it at the time, I tripped as I was trying to jump start it and it went off on its own till it veered into an empty bus shelter!) Hence my relief to get back to the car in one piece.
