Sandy Beds

A visit to Grandpa owl and a lovely walk through the woods. In the afternoon after a yummy chicken salad, we went out for a walk/run/bike ride. Arty back in the saddle and promptly fell off. Skinned ankle and much crying but eventually back on and riding okay. He still can’t stop but not bad. Helen started couch to 10k and did brilliantly.
