The view from Bankside

A gorgeously bright cold day for our trip to London, today. It was very cold but at least we were inside, stuffing our faces when the only shower of rain fell.

We must have walked miles but managed to cram in a number of eat and drink stops. I never get tired of walking along Bankside... the colourful Borough Market, the Millenium Bridge, Tate Modern, London Eye etc.

We finished up at Covent Garden but it was monstrously busy and swarming with tourists.

I've back blipped this, as by the time we got home we were completely wiped out - but I had a lovely day with John and Annie.... boy am I going to miss them when they go on Monday :-(
