Rottnest Island.........

These buildings date back to the 1830's which is quite old in our relatively young history. You may read more about this amazingly fascinating island here.

The colours of these building are synonymous with "Rotto" and part of many West Aussies childhood memories. Of course the quokka is a most important part of these memories as well.  
I am adding a bunch of images in extras as some are from last nights sunset as well. And a couple of the bays. And seals. And another quokka. 
I will probably delete these later if I need the space.
