Day 3 - Almograve to Zambujeira do Mar

Another amazing walk. 
Due to sore feet, we had only intended to walk half this section, planning on getting a taxi from the halfway point at Cavaleiro, but there was nothing there - not even a cafe, so we ended up walking to the whole painful 22km.

One of the highlights of this section are the storks nesting on the cliffs - see extra photo.

Arriving at Zambujeira was a relief and we had a delicious dinner of rice with monkfish stew.
