Skeleton point

South Kaibab trail from the rim 7,260 feet above sea level, to Skeleton point, approximately 3 miles and 2,000feet lower. Lunch at this point where you can see the Colorado River . Totally mind blowing in scale colour and heat.

Great walking down, incredibly tough walking back up. No issues with feet or legs, but great difficulty with heat and lack of air.

Amazing sense of achievement when I made it back to the top, and the 2dollar shower back at the campsite was the best ever!
