Purple Flower

.......with added bee. We have a lot of these in the garden at the moment and they're very pretty whatever they are.

In other news, I ran 5K tonight but not quite all in one go - 3K, a 5 min walk and then another 2K. Anyway, it's the furthest I've ever run in my whole life, so I'm feeling quite proud of myself - even the younger me has never run this far before. The next step will be to manage 5K without stopping, so that I can do a park run. That will be tough!
