Baking

I was inspired by 2 recipes in the news paper last week. I took on the Portuguese custard chart challenge and Mr KT went for scotch eggs.
My tarts looked rather yummy but sadly were a bit undercooked. Yes. Soggy bottoms.
The scotch eggs were however a great success.
