Good to see

Had my second day with the Planned Acute Care Team in the Ponsonby CMHC.I think it will take a while for them to get accustomed to having me there, and involve me more often in the assessments. Although, to be fair, both last week and today non attendance was an issue. 

On the way home, I stopped at the lights at the intersection of Ponsonby Road and Richmond Road. The Victorian era building on the corner has always appealed to me. The external fabric remains solid (looking at least). The ground level retail premises are very far from what might be expected by most businesses, especially with some new buildings on Ponsonby Road having much more modern space.

The sign advertising that retail space is available for lease, also notes that the building is being refurbished. I am hoping that this means the the exterior will remain true to the building's origins, and that the changes will be interior, making the building more functional, while retaining its character.
