Goodbye sunny England!

Or should I say London! Was sad to leave on such a glorious sunny day.

We started the day getting all our stuff ready to put into the suitcases so we could feel relaxed enough to go to church.

Forgot to mention that Jon has joined us for our last evening in London. He’s staying the night. We met up with him in Bromley and took him for a little shop in the mall.

Anyway, back to today. We did make it to church (the church we used to attend when we lived here). It was good to hear about Pentecost being the birthday of the church as we know it and the sermon was all about celebrating that. Very interesting indeed.

Back home for a quick lunch before David and Eileen drove us to the airport.

We’re so grateful for our time with them and their wonderful hospitality. Jon took this pic of the four of us before we said our goodbyes.

Ben met us at the airport and we had a quick drink before we said our goodbyes ... and that’s all I’m saying. It was hard :(.
