Day 142/18. A Viola

Each year I love these Viola's in our garden. I love the 3 subtle shades of colour.
And they are edible, just take a look into top restaurant 'fancy' meals. When newly opened, Viola flowers may be used to decorate salads or in stuffings for poultry or fish. Soufflés, cream, and similar desserts can be flavoured with essence of Viola flowers.
