Transferable skills

I spent the morning in Surgeons Hall, Edinburgh’s medical museum. I had the luxury of my doctor sister to give informed explanations of the exhibits. It was thoroughly fascinating. I tried my hand at laparoscopic surgical techniques on a simulator thinking that my clockmaker steady hands might help. I think I need more practice! In the afternoon we climbed up to Arthur’s seat and enjoyed the views. Tonight we will all go out for Mrs TT’s birthday meal at the Educated Flea restaurant. Thanks to Emhowl for the recommendation.
