The struggle

No,  not Jane's effort climbing up this very steep path.  It's the winding road in the background that is called 'The Struggle'.   It goes from Kirkstone Pass to Ambleside.

We walked from Kirkstone Pass up the steep path to Red Screes and then back via Middle Dodd.  Two more Wainwrights in the bag.
