Sunny Californian Poppy morning

Busy day for me folks : the morning took me  to see my pal Linda , taking her some of my china clear outs for her pitch in Aladdin's cave. We enjoyed looking through some lovely silk shirts and I managed to get out without buying one. Then cake buying for a visit later in the day : still warm when I carried it home. Pilates next and did Nikki work us hard!. I'd not realised how  stiff I'd got. Tomorrow I have an appt with my good Clinical Psychologist,  so thats a chance to take the ward staff, who were so kind to me a treat, so treat collected and sitting in my fridge ready for them.

Since 2013 I've been taking part in a Dementia research study, they come once every few years to assess the state of my brain. So cake was for that. Kim doesn't eat it, so some for me tomorrow !. Apparently on the 'Geriatric Depression Scale ( what a name eh! ), I'm scoring high, though some of the questions are so ridiculous, I reckon most honest folks would score high.
