Puts it in perspective!

This bag of dog food weighs 12kg  (26.5lb)
When I picked it up I thought of something - and I was right!
Standing on the scales holding this today I weigh exactly the same as I did holding nothing when I started my diet 4 months ago! Just think, I was carrying all that weight around  24/7 - no wonder I don't feel as tired now! Just another 9lb to go and I will be at my target weight - and I intend to keep there!
