George Clooney

Lady L and Amanda joined us today. Lady L brought in her Wedding invite (printed on cardboard) and the order of service (A4 size.)

They also gave us some gossip. George Clooney was disappointing; short with bad shoes.  Joss Stone, Mrs James Blunt and Mrs Dan Snow are all lovely girls. James Cordon's speech at the reception was not funny and Elton John played a couple of tunes.

There was a children's entertainer keeping the pages and bridesmaids occupied during some parts of the service and they were bribed with smarties.

The food at the reception was served in bowls which were difficult to eat from when also holding a glass. Only some guests got a table (HM and Prince P)

I posted a TV screen shot of Lady L the other day. She told me the woman with long grey hair was an annoying American who continued to step into the aisle to take photos. Cameras and mobiles were banned.

Not entirely sure why, but Lady L gave me a small box of chocs.
