Demolition Order

Harecroft is a quaint wee hamlet with lovely views and a very friendly horse.

I stopped off to get a quick blip of Cullingworth viaduct when a local gentleman walking by gave me a history lesson of the local Methodist Chapel. It's been there for over 100 years but will be completely demolished in the next 2 weeks. The organ has already gone over to Ireland. Two new houses will be built in it's place. He said 'you should take a picture of that chapel, it won't be there long.' So I did.

I'm all in favour of building new homes but its disappointing the fabric of this old building couldn't have been retained. The horses will have a different view soon.
