Tree monsters?

A morning walk from Ambleside to Grasmere, coffee and cake in a lovely cool cafe, then the bus home. An enjoyable wander with lots of blossom on the hawthorn trees, the fresh green of ferns, what seemed like hundreds of damselflies darting around, bluebells and cow parsley plus a few herdwick sheep which were reluctant to be photographed.
