Leaves of flame

There are still a handful of delicate leaves on our Acer tree. Looking at them closely they look like flames and I decided to draw one for my daily sketch.
Then I found our old flower press so I have pressed about twenty leaves which I hope will be dry enough to use for Christmas decorations - not done this before so I hope it works and that they keep their beautiful red and orange colouring.
