Speckled Wood

Well, it's been another beautiful day here in the north west and such an irritation that I actually have to work all day!

Managed a quick walk around Spike Island this afternoon before hubby came home so grabbed my blip, which is this pretty Speckled Wood. There were quite a few in the woods flitting about happily. 

If I'd have remembered, I should have popped out at lunchtime as the Butterfly House is open on Wednesdays, but I forgot until it was too late.
