The Secondary

What an amazing day and a weather contrast to yesterday. I am glad I started at 7am as by 10am it was very warm and I was struggling, just not used to any heat.

I have loads of photos from today but I thought I would show you the view of the secondary area as I was leaving. This area is where the stone get's graded and loaded onto the boats, see yesterday's extra. The actual quarry is way above.

The warm sun had done it's job and Green Hairstreak butterflies were flying with Chequered skippers both fighting for their territory. I have put a couple of shots of them in extras. Loads of deer again and views with blue skies.
