Had a weird morning - got up super early to put the bins out because they normally come at the crack of dawn (today they came at 11.30, hmph), then felt really drowsy and ill so when G left for work I set my alarm for a half hour nap... and woke up over 2 hours later!

In the afternoon I went into work for a couple of hours for some training (it’s my day off), and had a coffee with Gillian. Got some picnicky food on my way home and met G in the park when he finished.
